2019 is coming to an end and we would like to take this moment to look back at what we have learned this year.
In the Naviate for Revit blog we’ve explored many Naviate features and talked about technology and trends in our business in 2019.During this year we have challenged the Landscape Architects to work with BIM or LIM (Landscape Information Models) and the Structural Engineers to look at how they can optimize their processes. New features and workflows have been created during 2019. We have talked a lot about IFC and the communication between disciplines as one of the major keys for success in your project.
There has been some major changes this year with Naviate Simple BIM going though a major overhaul, and the launch of Naviate Architecture and Structure in the UK. We've also welcomed over 50 new customers and 2500+ people have joined the Naviate Member Portal!
We see that times are changing and requirements for projects needs to be fulfilled. Never has the speed of change been so quick as it is today, and we do believe that those changing trends will remain. So the demands of working smarter or more efficient is increasing rapidly.
The Naviate portfolio and its features are all about working smarter, saving time and enabling more efficient collaboration.
All these functions have been developed through direct interaction with thousands of users. We and our customer saw, very early on, the need to improve the Autodesk Revit platform. Our first launch of this product portfolio was way back in 2008. So we added a set of integrated tools in Revit to improve productivity, design automation and control whilst enhancing the user experience. Naviate is:
